Mansfield Park PDF Ø Paperback mansfield ebok, park epub, Mansfield Park ePUBUpdateFurther musings on MP turned frivolous after reading Anne's very funny and gify reviewAfter writing Pride and Prejudice and creating Elizabeth Bennet as her heroine it has to be owned that Jane Austen did a kinda Monty Python with Mansfield Park and Fanny Price noPLUS she turned Elizabeth to the dark side and this is how Mary Crawford was born ;And this leads me to a total irreverent and irrelevant moral summary of MP á la STAR WARSMary C wants Edmund honest upright nice but what a bore to come over to the Dark Side PLUS Mary has this brother Henry Crawford WHAT POTENTIAL WHAT A WASTE who wants all ladies to come to the Dark SidePLUS we have Edmund who does not realise that Mary is on the Dark SidePLUS

Mansfield Park PDF Ø Paperback mansfield ebok, park epub, Mansfield Park ePUB I think it ought not to be set down as certain that a man must be acceptable to every woman he may happen to like himself Mansfield Park features my favourite Austen heroine I know uite the unpopular opinion I have when it comes to Ms Austen's leading ladies Don't get me wrong I love them AL

Mansfield Park PDF Ø Paperback mansfield ebok, park epub, Mansfield Park ePUBI know I'm in the minority here but I've always had a soft spot for Fanny Price and after having re read both novels I still like it better than Sense Sensibility

Mansfield Park PDF Ø Paperback mansfield ebok, park epub, Mansfield Park ePUB355A lot of people dislike Mansfield Park because they can’t warm up to Fanny Price True Mansfield’s Fanny is no Elizabeth Bennet—she is certainly not the wittiest Austen heroine She is in fact rather dull and a tad too moralistic A bit of a watering pot too But that is exactly the point of Fanny Price as a heroine—to be almost the exact opposite of Elizabeth Bennet While Fanny moves in the same social class Elizabeth does she is a poor relation and doesn’t have the same privileges Without them she cannot become another Elizabeth Bennet safe and loved in the bosom of her immediate family Instead Fanny is uiet to the point of being uninteresting to the point of fading into the background Jane Austen had

Mansfield Park PDF Ø Paperback mansfield ebok, park epub, Mansfield Park ePUB Warning May contain minor spoilersI can’t for the life of me understand why Mansfield Park is Jane Austen’s least popular work Nor can I understand why Fanny Price is Jane Austen

Mansfield Park PDF Ø Paperback mansfield ebok, park epub, Mansfield Park ePUBA lovely book written in classic Jane Austen style Romance in a way that only Jane Austen can accomplish And my new favourite Jane Austen heroine Fanny Price A few things that I could not overlookview spoiler Sir Thomas' neglectful condescending treatment of Fanny throughout the book and yet his being presented as though deserving of great respect even from her Mrs Norris How easily everyone consented to coercing Fanny into a marriage against her wishes Fanny's frustrating unwillingness to share her feelings be candid with her closest confidants The portrayal of Fanny's direct family and the neglect she suffered at the hands of her own parents and subseuently how little Jane Austen focussed on these dynamics and how they must have affected Fanny's sense of belonging Fanny being Edmund's second choice The rushed ending hide spoiler

Mansfield Park PDF Ø Paperback mansfield ebok, park epub, Mansfield Park ePUBI'm not uite sure how to rate this book at all so I'm just leaving it unrated for nowI did end up liking this book a lot than I had originally expected to but the length still tired me extremely Maybe if I had picked this up of my own choice and not for school with not so strict a deadline I would have enjoyed the story a lot Instead I found myself trying to rush through language that should not be rushed and bored by information and scenes I found extraneous However there is a lot I liked about this story as I found the plot and characters uite interesting overall I uite liked Fanny even if I found her to be too
