Paperback · La amortajada PDF Ø amortajada free, La amortajada PDFI enjoyed the juxtaposition of life and death and the complications of families I also appreciated that it was the author’s own translation I bet the language cadence and selection in Spanish is beautiful I did find it slow but maybe my taste in high literature is lacking

Paperback · La amortajada PDF Ø amortajada free, La amortajada PDF860 La amortajada by María Luisa Bombal I must admit that this short novel has sentimental value to me I read this at age 10 because my sister had the book for school back in Puerto Rico I remember thinking that it had some sexy scenes Now I realize that it is all very tame and in fact tasteful The narrator is a corpse at her vigil I think the premise is creative even if the actual content sometimes is a bit over dramatic The language is very beautiful Ana Maria the corpse is annoying in than one occasion but I found the novel overall to be successful
